Open to All Majors. Students will spend 11 days in Singapore and go on a day-trip to Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The theme of this trip is "Conservation, Sustainability, Biodiversity, and Human Ecology." Participants will do volunteer work with the Willing Hearts Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity Singapore. Each participating student will receive a $500 scholarship from the Political Science Department's Sean Yu Funds. Students will spend time listening to presentations at Gensler's Asia Pacific and Middle East Headquarters and will go on a building tour led by a Gensler team. Interested students should complete the interest form at the link below by October 23. Total Trip Cost: $3,800. The $500 deposit due date has been extended to October 23.
